Consequences of withdrawal
When you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to partial revocation or other additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a method of delivery other than the offered by us, cheapest standard delivery). This without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. The earliest time applies.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay. This in any case within 30 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of 30 days.
The cost of returning the goods is €3.95 if you use the return label. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and working method of the goods.
